This is a video I made five years ago at the beginning of my career as a videographer, but it’s still very dear to me. During a vacation in Indonesia, my husband gave me a new gimbal for my birthday. To this day, I’m still grateful for this generous gift, as it marked the beginning of a new era in which I decided to focus more on freelancing.

During this trip, we were invited to my cousin’s traditional engagement. As a spontaneous gift for the lovely couple, I decided to film the event and make a video for them as a lasting memory. It’s a simple video, but it perfectly highlights how, even with limited resources and preparation, it’s possible to capture a beautiful moment — even with a mobile phone.
